ORLANDO CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY
Misdemeanors | Felonies | DUI Attorney | Traffic Lawyer
I will work tirelessly and fight hard for you every minute of the day to obtain the best resolution to your case. As a former Assistant State Attorney for Orange County, I prosecuted those accused of minor crimes punishable by a mere fine, up to major crimes that could lead to life in prison. I will analyze your case from the perspective of the prosecution in order to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. It is up to the State to prove that you committed the crime charged and I can be both your sword and shield in our plan of attack. Law enforcement and the prosecution can make mistakes at every point of their case against you and I have the vision to see those errors and use them to your advantage. A weak case can lead to a dismissal or a favorable plea. Even crimes that you may not consider serious, may have serious potential consequences. If you have been arrested or believe you may be arrested in the near future, it is extremely important to retain my services as early as possible so do not wait to call.
ABOUT SETH
I'm a criminal defense attorney advocating for the rights of those accused of crimes throughout Central Florida. My law firm is exclusively devoted to criminal law so I am able to focus all of my attention on this complex area of practice. My prior experience as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County has given me insight into how the prosecution will view the case and relationships to facilitate the negotiation of plea agreements that are beneficial to my clients. When negotiation isn't getting anywhere, I know when it's time to go to trial!

LIFE OF A CASE
In Florida, the criminal laws and rules of procedure are complicated and my knowledge and experience can help me lead you through the many hurdles ahead. But this is your journey and your liberty at stake so it is important for my clients to understand the basics. After you hire me, knowing the life of a case can help you make informed decisions because some of the choices in this process can only be made by the accused.
Each crime is made up of elements and the government must prove each of these elements beyond a reasonable doubt to convict you of the crime charged. If even one element is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt at trial, the jury must return an acquittal. So review the steps in this section because the more informed you are as a client, the better I can help you with your case.
