SETH HYMAN LAW
Orlando Criminal Defense Attorney
I am a native Orlandoan whose family first put down roots here more than 45 years ago. Back then, Orlando was still a small town mostly surrounded by orange groves, a place where neighbors knew each other by name and kids played with their friends in the neighborhood or on the school playground shooting hoops. I had the privilege of attending Lake Sybelia Elementary, Maitland Middle, and Edgewater High School and served this community as an Assistant State Attorney for Orange County. As a prosecutor, I was named one of the top government/non-profit attorney's in Florida by the leading business publication Florida Trend Magazine.

I earned my law degree in San Francisco, CA at Golden Gate University School of Law, studying under the legendary civil rights lawyer and Philadelphia Assistant Public Defender, Bernie Segal. Prior to law school I graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Now I am a criminal defense practitioner advocating for the rights of those accused of crimes throughout Central Florida. My prior experience as an Assistant State Attorney has given me insight into how the prosecution will view the case and relationships to facilitate the negotiation of plea agreements that are beneficial to my clients. When negotiation isn't getting anywhere, I know when it's time to go to trial! As someone who grew up in Orlando, I can relate and communicate with a jury of locals. Knowledge, experience, and passion help me obtain the best possible outcomes for my clients.
